Water plays a very crucial role in human life. It is critical for the survival, prosperity and growth of the nation. Boreline is leading advancement made by man to help manage the valuable resource water while offering technologically superior, sustainable and cost effective alternative to traditional means. Boreline drilling is especially required for those areas which suffer from extreme fluctuations in weather conditions, such as, from droughts or from floods. The borelines help to dig out water from the underground sources, and as such, it delivers high quality potable water only. There is a continuous depletion of groundwater, threatening the quality of life and nation’s prosperity. Bore is the only way to manage water under such situations.

What to look for in the boreline?

While you choose a company for boreline, you need to ensure that it offers corrosion free bore that does not scale. The line should not be subject to microbial attack, and it should possess a great tensile strength and offers superb hydraulic performance. It must be availed in continuous length like 200m or 655ft. Buying lightweight bore is the preferred choice since it would be easy to store, transport and handle. The investment must be done cautiously and the bore must continue pumping volumes of water at optimal rates, while looking about the total energy consumption.

Various specifications of a boreline

The following are the specifications of an ideal boreline:

The bore must have a special rib at the cover for facilitating ideal connection of securing traps for an electric cable. The flexible riser needs to be made with highly tenacious polyester yarns that are woven in a circular shape and then encapsulated to formulate integrated covering. The lining of flexible riser should be high performing polyurethane elastomer. There must be minimum theoretical burst length pressure and the maximum extension should not exceed 3% and the diameter swell should be 15% maximum. The manufacturer is supposed to offer warranty not less than 5 years.

The couplings used in the flexible riser must be reusable. The coupling needs to have a body and two ribs to tighten the clamps and fit the hose. The fastening clamps have to split into 3 equal divisions. The material for construction can be stainless steel and the coupling supplied will have either NPT or BSP male thread for connecting to the pump.

Boring must facilitate the achievement of greater accuracy from the diameter of the hole. It may be viewed as internal diameter counterpart of the turning which cuts the external diameter.

Boring comes in various sizes and boring operation in the smaller workplace can be carried out on a lathe but in larger workplaces, it needs to be conducted by boring mills.

Best Stainless steel boreline!

Stainless steel is the best material which may be used to make boreline. It increases the life expectancy of the machine and in fact, the highly tensile polymer fitting made by using state-of-the-art material must be used. The fittings, clamps and the couplings which are made of stainless steel, sustain through rough weather periods, and usually it gives you the best value for money, since it lasts long without getting rusty or else, without getting affected by moisture and weather particles.

The management of water is a national priority now. The control and effective management of water can be attained only with the public co-operation. The aim of the water resource management is to prevent damage or loss to property and life resulting from floods and droughts. The installation of the boreline takes just three steps. You need to connect the boreline to pump and attach power cable by using cable straps. Now, lift the pump and lower the bore into the well.
